1. About Our Products

Cubase-Templates.net sells downloadable digital products for music production, including Cubase templates, project files, MIDI packs, sample packs and other related products.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical products will be shipped.

2. Instant Digital Delivery

Our products are provided as instant digital downloads. After successful payment, access to the purchased product is normally provided immediately through the website, your order details or a download link.

3. Software Requirements and Compatibility

Many products sold on Cubase-Templates.net require specific software, Cubase versions, VST instruments, plugins or other third-party software.

Required software and plugins are listed on the relevant product page where applicable. Before purchasing, you are responsible for checking that your system meets the stated requirements and that you have access to the required software and plugins.

We cannot guarantee compatibility with software versions, operating systems or plugins that are not stated as compatible on the product page.

4. Orders, Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed on the website and may be changed from time to time. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

An order is considered completed when payment has been successfully processed and the digital product has been made available to you.

5. Licence and Permitted Use

When you purchase a product from Cubase-Templates.net, you receive a licence to use the purchased files in accordance with the licence terms stated on the relevant product page. Ownership of the original product files and associated intellectual property is not transferred to you.

Many products available on Cubase-Templates.net include royalty-free production materials that may be used in personal and commercial music productions. The specific usage rights and licence conditions applicable to each product are stated in the product description.

You are responsible for reviewing the product description and any product-specific licence information before using the included materials in a commercial release.

Any third-party copyrighted material included or recreated in remake templates, such as melodies, compositions or vocals from existing works, is not covered by a royalty-free licence unless explicitly stated otherwise. Rights to such material remain with their respective rights holders.

6. Prohibited Use and Redistribution

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share or give away purchased products or their original files.
• Upload purchased products or their original files to file-sharing services, websites, marketplaces or other distribution platforms.
• Transfer your purchased product or licence to another person.
• Sell or distribute a purchased Cubase project, template, sample pack, MIDI pack or similar product as your own product.
• Make minor modifications to a purchased product and redistribute or resell the resulting project or files as a template, sample pack, MIDI pack or competing digital product.

Your licence allows you to use the products in your own music productions; it does not give you the right to redistribute the source materials themselves.

7. Remakes, Copyright and Third-Party Material

Some products available on Cubase-Templates.net are educational remakes or production templates inspired by existing songs or production styles.

Where a template contains or recreates melodies, compositions, vocals or other material associated with an existing copyrighted work, the rights to that original material remain with their respective copyright owners.

Purchasing a template does not grant you ownership of, or a commercial licence to use, any third-party copyrighted composition, melody, vocal recording, trademark or other protected material that may be demonstrated or recreated for educational purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your own commercial releases do not infringe the rights of third parties.

8. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of digital products and instant downloads, purchases are non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or access to the download has been provided.

By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital product, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming digital content.

9. Download Problems and Defective Products

If a purchased download is unavailable, corrupted, incorrectly supplied or has another technical problem that prevents you from accessing the product as described, please contact us at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).

We will make reasonable efforts to provide a working replacement download or otherwise resolve the problem. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

10. Products from Third-Party Producers

Cubase-Templates.net may offer products created by independent producers or vendors in addition to products created directly for Cubase-Templates.net.

Copyright and intellectual property rights in vendor-created products remain with the relevant rights holder unless otherwise stated. The same restrictions regarding redistribution, sharing and resale apply to these products.

Product-specific information, software requirements and licence conditions shown on an individual product page form part of the conditions applicable to that product.

11. Intellectual Property

The content of Cubase-Templates.net, including original text, graphics, design elements, product images and digital products, may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Cubase-Templates.net content or product intellectual property to the customer except for the limited usage rights expressly granted with a purchased product.

Third-party product names, software names, trademarks and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions and working digital products. However, music production software, plugins and operating environments can vary, and we cannot guarantee that a product will work with software, plugin versions or systems that do not meet the requirements stated on the relevant product page.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cubase-Templates.net is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use a product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
