Sales Terms

By uploading any audio products to the website you agree to the following terms.

Products:

The Seller will provide downloadable digital products to be sold by cubase-templates.net. Product information, audio files and  descriptions will be provided by seller. Cubase-templates.net may refuse or delete any product at any time.

Product Copyright:

All of the products are guaranteed to be free of copyrighted material by you, the Seller. Cubase-templates.net is not responsible for any breach of copyrighted material. Any Seller uploading copyrighted material will be deleted.

Licenses:

The sales of  product licenses is between you, “The Seller” and “The Buyer”.  Cubase-templates.net provides the platform for artists to sell licenses to their products. Cubase-templates.net does not assume any responsibilities arising from the sales of any assets on its platform or affiliate sites.

Sales shares:

The Seller will receive 60% of the net sales income from any products uploaded.

Payments:

The Seller is required to have a completed profile with an artist name, complete address, phone number and at least one link to a social network or website in order to get paid. We also reserve the right to request a proof of ID before providing any payment.

Seller can request payment  monthly when the balance has reached minimum of 25 Euros of commisions from sales.

All payments are made via Paypal.

Cubase-templates.net is not responsible for payment transfer fees occurring during payment processing.

Product Removal:

Cubase-templates.net will remove products only upon request.

Account Termination:

The Seller may terminate his/her account and the remaining commission will be paid out.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
