By uploading any audio products to the website you agree to the following terms.

Products:

The Seller will provide downloadable digital products to be sold by cubase-templates.net.
Product information, audio files and descriptions will be provided by seller.

Product Copyright:

All of the products are guaranteed to be free of copyrighted material by you, the Seller.
Cubase-templates.net is not responsible for any breach of copyrighted material.

Licenses:

The sales of product licenses is between you, "The Seller" and “The Buyer”.
Cubase-templates.net provides the platform for artists to sell licenses to their products.
Cubase-templates.net does not assume any responsibilities arising from the sales of any assets on its platform or affiliate sites.

Products are non exclusive

All the products uploaded are non exclusive and the seller is free to use the products elsewhere, or delete products by request.

Sales shares:

The Seller will receive 60% of the net sales income from any products uploaded.

Payments:

Seller can request payment monthly when the balance has reached minimum of 25 Euros of commisions from sales.

All payments are made via Paypal.

PayPal fees are deducted from the commission.

Sale Campains:

As a Seller you will be included in all our seasonal Sale campains, wich will accordinly affect your profits momentarily. You are also able to make your own Sale campains whenever you want to in your dashboard.

Account Termination:

The Seller may terminate his/her account and the remaining commission will be paid out.
